Relationship and self-help guidance at your fingertips. Drawing on psychological theory and the science of love, this app, created by a licensed marriage and family therapist, is chock full of tools, helpful thoughts, calming words, exercises, and meditations, enabling you to learn the language of relationships.

Freemium includes five topics, five chats, and the Relationship Snapshot Quiz. Premium includes all topics, more chats, the I'm Upset module with Communication Builder, Partner Interactions in We Island, the Journal, Notifications, and the Relationship Snapshot Quiz.

When you first open the app, we'll ask some questions to get to know you (and your partner – if you have one or choose to do this with your partner.) After that, you can take the Relationship Snapshot Quiz to understand your relationship's stronger and more problematic areas – or do it later.

Once you are on the app's home page, you can go to I'm Upset for help with an immediate relational crisis or go to the Library and choose a topic to begin learning. You will find digestible nuggets to read, longer lessons, short meditations, exercises, and stories about other couples. You can also go to the Journal and free-write your thoughts at any point. Finally, We-Island is where you have partner interactions, including Discuss Learning where you can find thoughts, content, and topics that you have shared with your partner and your partner has shared with you; Let's Talk; and Love Notes, where you can send positive statements to your partner and read what they have sent you.

You earn points for various activities using the application, reflecting your engagement.

How Are We Doing? The Relationship Snapshot quiz lets you track your progress as often as desired. You'll look at significant categories such as emotional safety, communication, and managing conflict to get your scores to the maximum level through engaging with the WeConcile App.
