Features & Capabilities

Equate Heart Chart is a doctor-designed blood pressure and health metrics tracker built for home monitoring. It helps you collect, organize, and analyze readings from a home BP monitor, follow a dedicated how-to guide, and track trends over time to support your healthcare team.

Key features include Swipe Averaging™ for rapid BP averages, compatibility with Equate 6000/6500/8500 series monitors, and easy data sharing with clinicians. The app also provides educational content from experts, while a medical disclaimer clarifies that it is an information management tool and not a diagnosis.

User Reviews

The new software update has no detailed instructions about the changes to interface arm band device with computer programs (Apple ipad). Customer service not informed either, we just played through it until I figures it out. + Measur. e. for Measurement does not ever fit blue box in upper right corner that is Now used to Start Measurement connections. Bad programmer with no customer service review in actual applications ! I’ve had this device for 4+ years with no problems, until today’s new update !

I am satisfied with everything about the updated app except the history. Since the app wants you to do 2 blood pressure readings per sitting, going to the history list on the previous version of the app would show the average of these 2 readings. You could tap on a given average and it would show you the individual results. The updated app shows each individual reading in your history list. Not only is the new format more difficult to read, but there is no apparent way to obtain an average without calculating it yourself. The old format did this for you as well as looking cleaner and being easier to read. Devs: If possible please please bring back the older history format on the next update!
