• Accept monetary rent payments from Tenant because there are plenty of existing ways to transfer money.
• Track invoices, tax information, cash flow reporting since existing financial is already implemented.
• Track service requests since local maintenance crews track their work load.

This means if anything should happen to your device, no problem, simply log in with a new device and all your data immediately available.
