Web Inspector on iOS aims to bring DevTools-like capabilities to mobile Safari (console, network, DOM/HTML editing) without a Mac. Many users praise the concept and mobile utility, but there are widespread UX and reliability issues: the inspector can’t be closed, the panel isn’t resizable and covers content, it crashes or fails to activate, and compatibility with newer iOS versions is spotty. Feature customization is limited (fonts/colors, etc.). Overall, a strong idea with significant usability caveats.

Got the job done, amazing safari extension that let me debug some stuff without owning a Mac! Just an iPhone. My only complaint is not having a built in select all - copy / paste console output. Maybe it has one but I didn’t find it or figure it out. Regardless, this app enabled me to continue working on a project that was otherwise out of scope. Oh, AND ITS FREE 10/10
