User Reviews

Overall, reviews for The Zebra Club emphasize a supportive, like-minded EDS/hypermobility community and that the core movement program works when followed with Jeannie’s cues and the go-low, slow approach. Users repeatedly praise the breadth of resources—videos, programs, lectures, and expert webinars—all in one organized app, and many note meaningful improvements in pain, function, and quality of life. The price point is seen as a major advantage over traditional PT. Some readers raise concerns about inclusivity in the community and occasional safety or reliability issues, but the sentiment is broadly positive.

I made the mistake of trying traditional PT before this and only had some very limited improvement in some areas but was worse in others. The app itself isn’t great but following the slow gentle approach given has made an improvement in my quality of life.

it’s very hEDS and white centered on the app. I enjoyed the resources but I ultimately left because the community was unrelatable as a hispanic person with aEDS. I was hoping to feel less alone as we all benefited from the amount of resources available on the app and gain a sense of community but I felt just as alone and isolated on the app as I do off the app.

Far & away the most helpful resource I’ve found since being diagnosed. The new app layout makes navigating much clearer and easier. The Expert webinars in Learn & Grow section gives access to knowledgeable professionals (hard to find!) The exercises are the best! They enable me to keep going. Community support top notch!
