WHAT IT MEASURES Free: O-rings and backup rings. Pro: worn and compression-set O-rings, FEP O-rings, X-rings, square rings, V-rings, O-ring cord, gaskets, circlips and washers. Enterprise: enhanced-accuracy O-ring measurement and remote capture.

STANDARDS MATCHING Measured parts are compared against catalogue sizes from standards including AS568, BS 4518, GB/T 3452.1, JIS B 2401, DIN 471, DIN 472, DIN 6799, ASME B16.21 and EN 1514-1. You see ranked candidates with a confidence score, part number and manufacturer.

CAD EXPORT (PRO) Download any traced gasket, circlip or washer as DXF, SVG or .o2d for cutting or quoting.

WHAT PEOPLE USE IT FOR Goods-inward inspection. Identifying worn or unmarked parts for replacement. Quality checks before assembly. Go/No-go checking against your own tolerances or a standard size.
