I can’t add my cards to pay my bill it makes refresh a-lot of time when i wrote my information card Really this app needs professional person to fix it

I have never seen a platform so awful. First of all, there's no way to contact anybody. There is no way to enter a support ticket. When I connected our bank account, the account number was wrong and I'm not even sure where they got the account number! In this day and age of breaches and cyber threats, I am not at all confident to put our business data, whether personal or financial, into this application. It does not inspire confidence in me. I will have to find another way to pay my company's monthly rent payment.
