السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته الحمدلله لقد طلبت الخدمة عمرة وتم تتبع العمرة من البداية حتى النهاية عن طريق التطبيق. الوكيل يرسل كل مرحلة فيديو من عقد النية حتى قص الشعر..شكرا لكم.

I used this app for a passed family member last Ramadan and wrote a review here. Alhamdillah, used it again this year for another family member. The overall premise is the same, but the quality was much different compared to last year. I’m unsure if it’s purely the performer who was better, but this time the videos were much clearer. There were captions, times, and the notifications felt more accurate. The pricing has changed this Ramadan, though the app explained why (and if you watch the live feed, I 100% understand why the fee should be increased, and hopefully the performers get paid their fair share). The app feels better quality, and the videos (and overall quality) were too. Of course, it’s about the umrah at the end of the day, but any bereaved parent / child wants to hear their family member’s name clearly, and this year thankfully it was very clear. Again for transparency, it could have been that the performer was excellent, but overall I felt that the quality of the app had improved.

التطبيق في حد ذاته ليس سئ و لكن يحتاج للتطوير حتي أتمكن من متابعه المؤدي و تتبعه علي gps ايضا تحديث الموقع يتاخر للأسف بعد اختيارك للعمره لا يمكنك تعديل الاسم او التاريخ او هوية المؤدي يجب ان يكون هذا متاح كذلك يجب ان أتمكن من التواصل مع المؤدي او اختيار المؤدي بناء علي تواصله مع الموكل ايضا اشعر ان عمل عمره في العشر الأواخر استغرقت اقل من ساعه شي غير منطقي! خدمه العملاء يتأخرون كثيرا في الرد و لا يردون أبدا علي الواتساب رجاء يكون هناك متابعه ٢٤/٧ خصوصا في شهر رمضان و ذلك لمراعاه فروق التوقيت حول العالم المفروض ان هذا التطبيق للتيسير علي غير المستطيع من خارج المملكه العربيه السعوديه الفكره جيده لكن تحتاج الكثير من التطوير علي اي حال انما الاعمال بالنيات و لما امري ما نوي
