I’ve had this app for over a year. I don’t use it every day, but for the past few days I’ve repeatedly been unable to connect. The app keeps telling me there’s no internet connection, even though my internet is working fine and every other app on my phone connects without any issues. It’s frustrating, especially for a paid service. I’ve enjoyed using the app when it works, but reliability is important. If this continues, I’ll have to look for an alternative that’s more dependable. I hope this issue gets resolved soon.
