BrainOS Mobile offers strong visibility into scrubber data and supports remote interactions and multi-site management. However, users frequently cite performance and stability problems, battery/charging visibility gaps, insufficient remote-control capabilities, outdated map/route feedback, and short pairing durations. Addressing stability, charging status display, longer pairing options, and enhanced remote controls would significantly improve the user experience.

Pros

Provides rich visibility into machine data and route status (hours used, time driven, and progress; can detect when a path is blocked and continue the route).
Supports remote interaction with the scrubber, including starting, stopping, or pausing from the app.
Supports managing multiple scrubbers/sites and provides diagnostic information.
User-friendly and straightforward to use and pair.

Cons

Performance and stability issues: slow updates, crashes after syncing, and occasional blank screens.
Battery life concerns and lack of visible charging status in the app.
Feature gaps for route/navigation control: needs more robust remote controls (resume/interruption handling, route reversal, restart) and easier remote start/stop.

Recent reviews

When we ran the T7 unit we could see the metrics of how the different stores did by market, region, division, and The United States. Since starting operation with the Rovr X6, we can no longer see that data. Can that be fixed?
