I paid for a yearly subscription. In my apps it shows have an active subscription for “pro” upgrade until December 2026. When I open the app it keeps telling me I need to restore my purchase?? I cannot do anything with it and I paid for it. I just lost money because everyone I try to send a message it says “sorry something went wrong” so now I’m out 20 bucks.
