User Reviews

Overall, users report the app can function as a decent remote replacement and is easy to use, with several noting it works on some TVs (like Vizio) and provides convenient control. However, the experience is dominated by paid subscriptions, frequent ad interruptions, and a push toward trial-to-subscribe, with many liking to have a free option. Reliability is mixed; some devices respond poorly, restart TVs, or fail to transmit. Customer support and clear refunds are lacking, and pricing can be confusing or perceived as exploitative.
Pros
  • Works with various TVs (including Vizio) and can replace a physical remote.
  • Easy to use with an intuitive design.
  • Good performance with low delay / responsive enough.
  • Provides convenient remote control functionality overall.
Cons
  • Requires a paid subscription for most features; free trials often auto-charge and cancellation options are unclear.
  • Intrusive and frequent ads interrupt usage (including prompts after leaving the app).
  • Reliability issues: remote sometimes non-responsive or causes the TV to restart.
  • Poor or nonexistent customer support and refund options; perceived as deceptive by some users.
  • Pricing confusion and unexpected charges / high renewal prices.

Besides not able to connect to my Hisense tv. The app asks you to review with default to 5 star. The adds are intrusive/obstrutive as well.

Do not get looped into this scheme. The subscription isn’t close to monthly it’s WEEKLY. $10 a week is ABSURD and disgustingly greedy. This app is NOT worth a dime especially when there are free versions you can download thru Roku, Vizio, etc. I tried to cancel this bs the first time they charged me and couldn’t find the option on the app!!!! There’s literally nowhere to cancel and they charged me AGAIN. I wouldn’t waste time even downloading this and from the looks of it, from old reviews, the price just goes UP! Do not do it. I will be disputing. Disgusting
