Lobby Kiosk designed to improve the check in process for Veterinarians

The Vet Lobby app is an add-on to allow the use of Apple iPads as a kiosk in the lobby of veterinarian facilities. The Vet Lobby system provides an efficient way to register and track customers as they visit the Veterinarian practice. Time stamps organize customers in the order they arrive and mark the stages of the visit to provide an efficient process and statistical information for management reports. The Vet Lobby app allows for up to 16 reasons for visit that can be customized by the practice. Staff can also send text messages to call the customer in, effectively extending the lobby to the parking lot and further.
