Frequent software/firmware updates that brick the device or degrade functionality and break features.
Unreliable auto-tracking: loses track during stoppages and substitutions and misses action near the camera.
Network/cloud dependency causing recording failures: network timeouts, cloud outages, and requirement for internet to record.
Ads and unnecessary blocks in the app, plus watermarking on videos.
Login/session issues: Sign in with Apple problems and frequent need to re-login

Recent reviews

With the latest update the livestream will appear to be running but viewers will be told the livestream has ended. Ending and restarting the live stream fixes the issue. This happens multiple times in a game which is very frustrating. This didn’t happen with the previous version of the app.

I bought this camera so I can focus on my children’s games. However I spend more time monitoring the camera as it doesn’t pan quick enough, or it moves away from the action and it lacks real quality video. It does not zoom and if you manually zoom then the camera stops tracking properly. I do not have the setting to speed up the pan. Positive. The microphone is amazing it picks up everything far across the field. I really wish this would’ve worked out.
