The Pediatric Surgical Risk Calculator (PSRC) is a risk calculator for postoperative mortality and morbidity, aimed to assist pediatric surgeons with decision-making.

This tool uses advanced machine learning techniques combined with clinical expertise to predict mortality and morbidity outcomes for all classes of pediatric surgeries. The model was trained with over 300k surgery records across dozens of hospitals from the NSQIP database.
