User Reviews

Users praise the app’s look and its ability to centralize pet data, but frequent backend errors and promo upgrade issues hinder use. Data-management problems (duplicates) and a cumbersome document-upload process, plus missing alphabetical sorting for large rosters, are the most mentioned drawbacks.
Pros
  • Visually bubbly, appealing UI.
  • Centralized pet data management (details, vaccinations, reminders, expenses, weight, moments, documents).
  • Premium version supports storing documents and moments/photos.
  • Helpful for new pet owners and reduces paper clutter.
Cons
  • Repeated backend errors (Error 16 / unknown backend error) blocking upgrades and use.
  • Free lifetime premium promos often fail or feel misleading.
  • Inability to delete duplicate pets / data integrity issues (duplicates persist; related errors).
  • Document/photo workflow is clunky (no direct camera attachment; must upload from files).
  • Organization for many pets is challenging (no alphabetical sort makes locating a specific pet difficult).

I like the way this app looks. Really bubbly and happy looking. I have lots of fosters and my personal pets to track things for and was able to add all of them. I even purchased the lifetime pass. There’s several issues I have with this app. There is no way to sort pets alphabetically, which wouldn’t be bad if it was a handful, but with over 30 animals to track it makes it very difficult. Another issue is you have to click into the edit tab to see the furbaby’s birthday. There is also no gotcha date. Vaccinations don’t have an expiration date, so you have to put the completed vaccine, then add the same vaccine to add as “upcoming”, (doubling the work for one vaccine). The final gripe I have is there’s no way to add photos of documents. You have to download it into your files and upload it. Some paperwork I have is a physical copy and I can’t just take a picture of it to add to the pet. I have to scan it and save it to my files, then upload it to the pet profile. I have the physical microchip card I’d love to be able to take a picture of and add to my pet for safe keeping but I can’t unless I scan it in as a file then I can upload it. As I said, if you have a handful of pets, it’s a very nice app. But if you’re needing something that can keep track of ALOT of babies, this app is not convenient at all.

I initially downloaded the app for an offer for lifetime premium for free, however it did not work. I decided to use it anyway, and it has been such a helpful organization tool for my pup. Instead of carrying around and spending a lot of time searching through a stack of papers, I can now easily access the app. I wish I knew about when I first got my pup! Highly recommend. The premium version seems to allow you to store documents and “moments”/photos. I’m sure there are more features, but I can’t speak for the premium version.
