Recent reviews

I signed up for Motion because it’s marketed as an AI-powered scheduling assistant. Within the first hour, I ran into two major issues. First, the app prominently features an AI Chat tab, but tapping it told me my plan didn’t include AI features. That’s a strange experience when AI is a core part of the product’s marketing. Second, and much more concerning, Motion scheduled tasks directly on top of existing calendar events that were already marked as busy. As a teacher, my calendar contains commitments that cannot be double-booked. A scheduling app’s primary job is to avoid exactly that. For $45/month, I expected a polished experience. Instead, I spent my trial debugging the app. The concept is great, but if I have to supervise the scheduler, it defeats the purpose.

Do not use this service. Do not download. There is no customer service to speak with. It is all AI customer service. My account was fraudulently charged.
