Each chapter starts with a mini podcast from a recognised expert in the topic, continues by allowing you to calculate your own digital impact, and concludes with a few interactive activities.

As you progress, you will gain knowledge that will help you transform yourself from a simple user of digital tech, subject to many of the downfalls of this attention-hungry industry, into a self-governing consumer.
