Coogoo is a marketing app that provides consumers with offers without having to sacrifice any personal data when downloading the app. The customer scans the vendor's Coogoo QR code Offers are stored in date order for future redemption. Vendors require a log in to create an account, they will be billed via monthly subscription. Once subscribed they can change offers made available to consumers as often as they like.
