However, recurring issues hamper value: difficulty canceling and auto-renew charges with weak support; limited content and premium upsell; poor search/navigation; cross-platform access problems between website and app; and no resume/continue watching feature.

Pros

Offline download of lessons for offline viewing.
Clear, easy-to-follow video classes with good instructors.
All-in-one library of patterns and class materials.

Cons

Difficult to cancel; auto-renewals and charges after cancellation; poor customer support.
Limited content and heavy push toward premium membership; not worth the price.
Poor search/navigation with frequent 'no results' when searching.
Content/purchases available on the website but not accessible in the app (cross-platform issues).
No continue watching/resume feature; hard to pick up where you left off.
