Fredy's Tucan

Ordered through their app; the order was sent to the store but never confirmed. There is no way to cancel the order. The phone number goes straight to voicemail and there is no response to email queries. In short, the customer is left in limbo with no way to resolve the matter.

I’ve been dining at Fredy’s Tucan Emiliano Zapata restaurant for many delicious years, but I couldn’t resist trying their new smartphone app delivery service operating from the Fluvial restaurant where they are able to satisfy the hungry Puerto Vallarta appetites effectively while maintaining the integrity of the food deliveries. I was impressed with the food and delivery temperature. They apparently are taking control of their deliveries themselves. Two years ago relying on Uber lead to late deliveries and cold food. Very good: Thank you all for a great meal today. I’m looking forward to my next encounter.
