It worked for a week properly, then it started only having the cleaner run for about 5-10 min at a time even though it’s set to 2 hours, and now the app doesn’t even connect to the cleaner at all, it just says loading and spins.

Does not connect to blue tooth at all the pool mart store I got this device from is also having an issue on all of there 150 devices and will be returning and making sure no other providers will sell this item. Customer service is non existent
