2026-06-26	Un*****	The app has locked us out of the account and no one from unittree will return our requests for support. Now our robot is inaccessible. The app doesn’t recognize emails even though we can reset the email and get a new login. The account says it’s already registered and then the next time it says this account doesn’t exist so it is on a perpetual loop of confusion.

2025-08-29	Rc*****	Update 8/28/25 There have been a few good updates, but one more is needed. When is the next one coming? I’ve had the AI for over a year now and a lot has changed in the app updates. Alway wishing more would come. Have no regrets in purchasing, customer service was great, no issues. Would I buy again? I’ll wait for the updated models, which will probably be more realistic.
