Users appreciate Willow's app for tracking pumping output, times, and freezer stash and value its pairing with the Willow pump. However, many reviews cite persistent issues: unreliable Bluetooth connectivity, data logging glitches and data loss, lag/crashes, and intrusive ads. While the pump and app are often seen as easy to use and helpful, reliability problems significantly detract from the experience. Improvements to syncing, data accuracy, and reducing ads would greatly enhance satisfaction.

It was fine a couple days ago and now I can’t even get into the app. It’s just a black screen that won’t load in.

The app stopped working after the recent update, and now I can’t use one of my pumps. I get things can happen out of your control, with the app when Apple has an update. BUT my issue is the fact that I can’t get one of my pumps to work without having the app… It shouldn’t be this hard to disconnect my pump from my phone l, so I can use it manually when things like this happen. The one pump I can use without the app will no longer connect to my phone via Bluetooth. I really wish you all could get this fixed and make it easier to connect and disconnect the pumps.
