2024-10-12	am*****	This camera was good while it lasted Less than two years I email the company and they gave me instructions on how to trouble shot the camera I followed the directions and it kept saying poor connection n I could it make it work is a shame that these people are making these crappy product that did not last long enough n I paid more than a hundred dollars for it I think that company doesn't even making cameras anymore for now on I'm buying security cameras where the company is on US not these security cameras make on China that if people had a problem your are stuck with no way to resolved the issue it's worthless to get in touch with these people to trying and resolved the issue

I’ve never had issues with this camera for over three years and out of nowhere I’m trying to login and every time I try to login it says connection network lost. I’ve done everything including deleting the app multiple times and re-downloading, checking to see if it was updated. Nothing will work at the app is broken.

2024-09-05	We*****	This app doesn’t work anymore. First it doesn’t allow you to purchase the membership after the free trial expires. Then I won’t let you log in at all. It says “network connection poor”. There is no issue with the network or the camera because you can clearly see the camera is on and still recording but you can’t log in. TRASH!!!!!!

2024-08-23	Te*****	I have the same issue reported by other users. App is putting out “poor connection error“ not allowing it to work when there is definitely no poor connection issue . As a result the App no longer works at all. It appears it will not be fixed as enough time has already passed to do so. I have used the camera and app in the past with no issue. Now I will throw the camera in the garbage and move on to another camera not associated with this app or company.
