Aide is a companion for long term conditions that helps you and your clinical team tailor the most effective care, just for you. We want people to spend less time being held back or worrying about their condition and more time living their lives.

Aide will help you:

• Manage your day-to-day with medicine reminders and symptom tracking. • Better understand your health by showing you the hidden patterns and changes in your condition. • Learn more about your condition with bite-sized information that's relevant to you

Aide has been created in partnership with some of the UK's leading doctors, clinicians and pharmacists alongside patient groups over the past two years. It uses a form of artificial intelligence to have short, daily conversations with you about your health. The data you provide Aide will help you and your clinician have more meaningful conversations about your health.

Aide does not diagnose conditions or recommend changes to your medicines or prescription. It enables you and your clinician to better review your progress through prescribed care and make decisions together.
