Great game, but it’s been a week and I’ve been completely ghosted by support. My Music Tour event glitched, causing me to lose purchased credits, event progress, and unclaimed rewards. I’ve now submitted five support requests and haven’t received a single response—not even an acknowledgment. I enjoy the game and would happily give it 5 stars if there were a responsive customer support team. If you’re going to sell in-app purchases, players should be able to get help when something goes wrong.

It’s like the developers are playing whack a mole. I gave this game two stars because I’ve been playing for several years and I have enjoyed it for many reasons. However, every time the developers launch an update, something goes horribly wrong. Gamers are left at a huge loss. The lack of foresight and testing ahead of launching is irresponsible and negligent. Many of my team are in the top 500 and at the very top of the leaderboard. People who play like this have devoted time, energy and are devoted to their teams. Occasionally, the developers doll out a generous sum for their neglect however, most of the time they are either not responding at all or when they do it is many days later. Do better developers - before you lose all of your patrons. We are disappointed to say the least.
