The UI to reset my account password is faulty, which is a basic function that should be easy to navigate. Reaching out to customer service is also difficult as they’re unresponsive.

Not a great start demanding my phone number and access to all my contacts up front. Plus the whole log in experience and getting the account set up was really bad, it kept making me start over and was missing buttons on key pages like the preferences. I have the latest iphone with updated software. Get it together people. Ipinterest stinks but I don’t know this is going to replace it with an experience like that on mobile.
