How the app works:

1. The administrator assigns scooters to specific users.
2. Individual users sign in to view the list of all their accessible scooters on the app.
3. Choose an accessible scooter and unlock it to get started. The user can also manage the scooter's alarm system.
4. Use the NIU Keyless app to view current scooter information, GPS location, and other management features.
