The app has always been glitchy but manageable. However it has now logged me out and keeps timing out when I try to log back in. I’ve deleted and redownloaded multiple Times. As the primary communication tool for parents and BK locations, BK corporate needs to address these issues ASASP. It’s clear problems have lingered for a long time and their lack of solving them is really inexcusable.

User interface is bad. The app is slow and does not load pictures. Exceptionally bad when it comes to dealing with video media. Keeps logging me out and keeps going down as well. Very bad experience trying hard to get our day care to use another better app.
