This app is absolutely useless. I use my phone number and have rewards but can’t redeem. I go through the login process through the app and it never moves past entering email and password. Tried forget password, does the same thing. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still doesn’t work, it’s completely useless.

I don’t drive gas car so the store was the only reason to stop here but this app being useless means I won’t be coming here when sale prices need it. It logged me out and when I went to pull my login from my password manager to re stupid punchh website it is tied to makes it impossible from to distinguish from every other login that uses punchh. Tried to reset password but it kept telling me whatever long obnoxiously complicated password my password manager generates is too weak. Forget this. What rubbish. I bet this junk was “vibe” coded with how stupid everyone is becoming.
