MinRisk MRA

Better than any spreadsheet or template – MinRisk MRA is an application for the completion of Machine Risk Assessments. Developed by experts who have evaluated 1000’s of machines and know what works.

MinRisk MRA is for the efficient and accurate completion of Machine risk assessments in a process consistent with ISO 12100 , AS/NZS 4024.1201. Various productivity tools are in place and photos are easily edited and integrated into the records and this can all be done in the field. The hazard identification, risk estimation and evaluation process is data and field based to allow for management information /data to be exported but customisable narrative reports with informative photos can be prepared. Risk estimation can be completed using a customisable risk matrix e.g. 5 x 5 of Consequence vs Likelihood or adjustable Hazard Risk Number (HRN). The Performance Level of any functional safety requirements can be calculated to AS/NZS 4024.1503 and ISO 13849-1:2008. Risk control measures (existing and required) can be classified and specified to aide with remedial work planning. MinRisk MRA also includes a Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) feature where Energy Sources can be evaluated and LOTO procedures/cards can be produced.
