User Reviews

Users praise the app's clean UI, ease of use, cross-device syncing, and strong value with affordable lifetime/pro upgrades. They also highlight handy automation (auto logos, reminders, price tracking) and good export/backup options. Recurrent drawbacks include stability problems (crashes, freezes, data loss), missing calendar integration, unclear payment-linking features behind a paywall, and gaps like incomplete subscriptions and a limited pause feature. Overall, design and price are strong, with reliability and feature gaps to address.
Pros
  • Clean, intuitive UI and easy to use
  • Reliable cross-device syncing across iPhone, iPad, and macOS with fast updates
  • Robust backup/export options (JSON/CSV) and restore across mobile and desktop
  • Excellent value and pricing (affordable lifetime upgrade)
  • Helpful automation features like automatic app logos, reminders, and tagging
Cons
  • Stability issues: crashes on startup, freezes, and data loss reported by multiple users
  • Missing calendar integration and related workflow gaps
  • Paywall/unclear functionality around linking payment accounts (what linking actually does)
  • Incomplete catalog of subscriptions (not all services are represented)
  • Pause feature is limited and lacks robust controls

This is the best subscriptions manager. I only wish there was a print option.

This is exactly what a subscription tracking app should be - clean, intuitive, and works flawlessly

I’ve been using this app for months and it’s honestly become one of my most useful tools. It works flawlessly across iPhone, iPad, MacBook Pro, and Mac Studio. Syncing is fast and reliable, and updates propagate exactly as you’d expect. The export and restore options are a huge plus. You can export data to JSON, restore from a JSON file, and also export to CSV. All of this works on both the mobile and desktop versions, which is rare and incredibly convenient. Rock solid, well thought out, and clearly built by people who actually use their own product.
