Throughout the world, medical oxygen availability is extremely important, for both hospitals and individuals undergoing life support treatment. For many devices, such as Anesthesia Machines, High Flow Oxygen Therapy (HFOT) devices, or Bubble CPAP devices, the daily oxygen supply usage is not immediately obvious. In addition, in situations such as ambulance use, the time remaining on a certain cylinder is important.

The Oxygen Planner offers an effective way to calculate oxygen demand for both standalone units and full hospital wards using oxygen cylinders, liquid oxygen, or oxygen concentrators for their source. By choosing from a wide range of oxygen delivery devices, such as Ventilators, Anesthesia Machines, HFOT devices, and simple flowmeters, hospital administrators or technicians can quickly and accurately calculate the total oxygen demand of their ward. Similarly, users of standalone oxygen delivery devices can calculate the amount of oxygen their device would consume.

This app is designed for use by medical oxygen supply chain professionals and device operators. It is developed in partnership with medical oxygen delivery device experts and global suppliers/manufacturers.
