I am really disappointed with the service I received from Dahabshiil. I made a money transfer that was later returned, yet the funds have still not been reflected in my bank account. This lack of transparency and delay is completely unacceptable. I have tried to follow up, but the process has been unclear and unprofessional. As a customer, I expected better communication and faster resolution. Due to this experience, I will not be using this service again. I strongly urge others to be cautious and reconsider using Dahabshiil until they improve their professionalism and customer service. Customers deserve reliability, accountability, and respect — and unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards.

After I sent the money, they contacted me asking to send them a copy of my bank statement showing the transaction I sent the money to them yesterday. I told them that transaction will show up my next month bank statement. They say “we wait then we will release the money next month!” I told them to send my current month statement and my paycheck copy. They said no. They ask for the impossible so I asked them to cancel. What a waste of time! And yeah, their verification process is crazy. Don’t use.
