Recent reviews

This was my first job, and through this experience I came to realize that the company’s policies do not appear to adequately protect or support third-party contractors. At the time, I was a full-time student and experienced an unexpected medical emergency that prevented me from reporting to work due to an accident. Unfortunately, my phone also died during this situation, which delayed my ability to communicate with the school and my supervisors in advance that same day. I have always aimed to be a reliable, professional, and hardworking employee who performs my responsibilities with care and excellence. Given my overall commitment and work ethic, I felt that this one-time incident did not justify being permanently removed from working with the company. I strongly believe the policy should be reevaluated to ensure fair treatment of employees and contractors, particularly in situations involving medical emergencies and unforeseen circumstances. Though I was given a chance to report medical documentation later I still think the process was rooted in unfairness.

Suspended my account over a misunderstanding and didn’t even care to talk politely about the situation. Emergencies happen but they don’t care!

I selected a shift the night before overnight I got accepted to work a job and didn’t know then next morning I woke up late and removed from the app claiming it was a no call no show
