Lock/unlock functions work well when the app is functioning, with smooth integration with Revolo video door locks.
Auditable unlock logs (who unlocked the door) are available.

Update: It has been several months since I began having trouble entering new duration codes and the problem has persisted. Now tonight the app will not allow me to enter a code at all. We have had this lock for a year for our Airbnb. The video feature rarely works. You cannot go below the 10s delay. The notifications only work sometimes. Today I received a wandering alarm, but there was no video for be found in the app. And as of recently it takes several attempts to set a short term duration code for my guests.

No one responds to emails to help and app claims to update but nere does. Everytine i want to change a function in the camera i get a system fail message sfter a 5sec load.
