Do Not use their services. Lots of fake “marketing” promises which ended up not delivered. When I bought the math class package, I was told that if I cannot use all of them, I can transfer the credit to Chinese class or English class, or to a sibling. However when I truly needed that, I was told they don’t allow it. I was also asked to provide screenshots and show who made that promise. However, a lot of the chats were done on phone call and why do I need to keep track of everything told. their teachers also change every 3-4 months and I was handed over to many different PoCs. -Their own teachers don’t even stay with them - so you can tell something about their services.

It makes you buy packages for yearly classes or whatever and you can’t even cancel it or get your money back when you lose interest and don’t want to do it anymore. I’ve also learned absolutely nothing due to my lack of motivation but I’m stuck attending classes that waste my time because if I cancel too last second it still takes my money and no one wants to lose money right?
