2026-06-11	Ji*****	This app has a new plan each day activating new /all muscles — an overall workout! You simply add dumbbells to make any routine harder in difficulty! Great for beginners and Experienced alike!! :) :) The various routines keep it interesting each day! And I also love the “bed” options! That sometimes gets me back in the game as a great starter! 😼😼

2026-06-05	Is*****	I wish I could give zero stars, I feel so scammed after getting this app with the initial purchase that was supposed to be an annual subscription one time payment but then it charges monthly on top of that without any way to cancel it as when I click on the cancel link in the app it will bring you to an error page, then the only way to reach the developer is an email that only sends bot/automated replies and no sign of actual human contact for customer service and no phone number for support. Do NOT get this app, It’s a complete scam.
