Love working out with Jenny. So encouraging and allows for different levels of fitness. Makes me feel good even when I can’t give a full workout. Using her videos and app for 6 years. Definitely the best!!

I happened upon Jenny Ford during COVID when I couldn’t get to the gym. I did a step workout and I was instantly hooked. Jenny is fun, bubbly and very encouraging and keeps me engaged. I bought her Walk Across America dvd set and as soon as the app became available I signed up. I try to get in at least four workouts a week in. I’d love to see some kickboxing or HIIT workouts.
