I downloaded the app on my iPhone, and it’s working well so far. One limitation I noticed is that the information entered can’t be retrieved afterward. It seems like many of the reviews are from last year and may be a bit harsh. There aren’t many recent reviews confirming whether the app is currently working properly.

The app seems easy to use at first but it was very glitchy. It would not allow me to upload my documents and move forward with the visa application. The website also had issues, overall this has been a frustrating process.
