Great idea, terrible execution The concept of this app is excellent. But the support team completely ruins the experience. I made a real money purchase specifically to complete a task within the deadline. The reward was never credited. When I contacted support, my reports were closed multiple times without resolution. Agents ignore evidence, give copy-paste responses and close tickets without any explanation. Nobody is genuinely interested in helping users. Everything must be forced out of them. This is not support — this is negligence. If you plan to make any purchases through this app, be warned — you will not be protected if something goes wrong. The idea deserves much better people behind it.

I’m a current user of this app and I have multiple “offers” that wouldn’t even give me the rewards. I just recently completed a bigger rewarding challenge for one of my offers that had been working just for it not to reward me and support from playtime and SkinApe are both robots so it’s a game of back and forth with nobody that can help, so yeah👍🏻.
