Im sorry, this makes no sense at all and is highly unrealistic. Whats even better is the game starts you with players that are super old in the minors and players that are hilariously bad but are just barely over 22. It makes no sense. I used to play the game a ton and pulled away from it. Due to the demotion rules, it's gonna get uninstalled.

the trade interface is like really the only complaint I have like nothing ever goes through you have to pretty overpay like crazy just to get something done
