Very bad app keep loading loading Working dead slow

This app has been real headache and I’m trying to onboard on this app but keeps saying store not found and have contacted support on it but keeps giving vague instructions and not really helping my issues on this app. I hope I can finally login in to this app and find a really helpful not vague solution to this problem.
