2025-03-04	Ch*****	It will work for a few engravings with no problem then craps out no matter what setting you have it one . Of all the settings on the mobile device and using correctly with materials it lists it doesn’t engrave properly either . I clean after every engraving with a q tip but it doesn’t resolve the issue. If I would have known this product would be so horrible then I would have not purchased . Definitely not worth the price I paid and will not recommend product to anyone else .

2022-07-21	Wa*****	The app works great, and communicates with the engraver smoothly. The only missing and important feature is the ability to change the font color when adding text, as it’s a standard white and the engraver doesn’t handle it
