Connectivity and reliability issues after firmware updates (drops, unpairs, app/dash update confusion), undermining usability.
Slow or poor customer support and lack of community resources (no forums/blog updates; slow ticket responses).
Inconsistent functionality across different vehicle models (some features not working on certain Teslas).
Bugs and lag in the app; features occasionally fail or behave unpredictably.
Some features or experiments (e.g., cloud buttons) end up being dead ends or not widely useful.

Recent reviews

They keep adding blue dots all over the app (some for new features, some are just ads to buy more products) and the dots never clear no matter how many times you tap them. Poor design! I expect better UX and attention to detail considering the high price of the products.

The hardware feels super cheap and flimsy. The software is full of bug. Customer support is super rude (company is in Bulgaria that explains why, they are still stuck in Soviet era). Don’t buy.

Have the Knob and Dash. Great products that get new features released through regular updates. I am so glad that I waited to get this dash over any of the others. Took me a bit to get the dash setup correctly, but not too long. Installation was simple as I already had the commander installed and in the correct location. Rumor is that Tesla will integrate CarPlay, and my thought is the folks at Enhanced will use this to make the dash even better.
