With Penguinpass Check-in App, confirmed participants are instantaneously updated and ready to be checked-in by event hostesses or gate controllers. The tablets work synchronously and allow you to record the different states such as the “checked-out” or the “will be back”, fundamental to the control of flow and capacity management. Last-minute participant names can be added directly from the check-in app or from your office on the dashboard, this will get updated on the application across all devices.
