Love the products—that’s why I’ve spent several thousand dollars with ASRV over the years. I accidentally ordered the wrong size shorts. The return was originally approved, but I mistakenly forgot to include that pair when I mailed back my other returns. I later found them, still brand new, in the original bag with tags. I explained the situation and asked for a one-time exchange (not a refund) for the correct size. They politely declined and stuck to the policy. They’re absolutely entitled to do that. I just expected a little more discretion for a long-time customer. Great products, disappointing customer service.

In the latest update, once you add an item into the cart, you can’t remove it. If you try, you keep getting an error saying “Error updating item. Please try again”.
