The lamps and app don’t work. They won’t connect to WiFi. I tried to email support, it’s a fake email. I tried to visit their site, it’s disabled.

I couldn’t connect this at all. I tried everything it told me and I emailed the owners to ask and they never emailed me back. This is a waste of time. Me and my best friend are so confused because we haven’t been able to connect these.
