Precious Paws

I’ve been taking my yorkie here for the last 4 months, the staff are always friendly and answer any questions I may have. They do a great job grooming my dog, and take very good care of her while she is in their care.

I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent experience at Precious Paws Dog Grooming, which was our first visit. Unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations we had for both the quality of service and the customer experience. Firstly, our dog, Ohana, was nicked multiple times during the grooming process, which is concerning and unacceptable. The blending on Ohana‘s head transitioning to his body is uneven and blended poorly. Additionally, the staff member at pick-up was unreasonably rude, which only added to our dissatisfaction. We were initially excited to find a local grooming service that offered the range of services that Precious Paws advertises. However, this experience has left us frustrated and disheartened. To make matters worse, I was promised that I would receive pictures throughout the process, as noted in the app, but no pictures were sent at any point. As a result of this experience, we will not be returning for any future grooming services. We had hoped for a positive relationship with Precious Paws, but unfortunately, that will not be the case.

I only use the mobile here and have nothing but the best from our groomer. Love love love her 10 out of ten recommendations
